The former special assistant to Ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo (media and publicity) and former senior special assistant to Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan on public affairs, Dr. Doyin Okupe, yesterday went on his Twitter page to post offensive words in annoyance to Premium Times headline "INVESTIGATION: how Jonathan govt. paid companies linked to Doyin Okupe to hack 'unfriendly' websites"
